Subscription and billing

Prices, changing the number of devices, cancelling, downloading invoices and refunds.

IEbridge Pro costs USD 9.99 per device, per year; Enterprise costs USD 14.99 and adds central configuration, a silent installer and priority support. The sale is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record: Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and applies any tax due.

• You can change the number of devices from the panel. Adding seats charges the prorated difference; taking back seats you had already paid for does not create a new charge.
• You can cancel the subscription: it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Invoices are downloaded from the panel itself.

The refund window is fourteen days from the charge, on the first purchase and on each renewal, and longer where the law of your country requires it.
