1. The refund window
Our order process is run by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, and our refund window is the one Paddle applies: you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge. This applies to your first purchase and to each automatic renewal, counted from the date of the charge in question.
Where the law of your country gives you a longer or unconditional right to cancel, that right applies instead. The windows currently applied are:
| Where you are | Window | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| European Union, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Turkey, Israel | 14 days | Statutory right of withdrawal. For annual subscriptions in the United Kingdom a new 14-day period starts on each automatic renewal. |
| South Korea, Brazil, Canada, China | 7 days | Unconditional right to cancel after delivery. |
| Singapore | 5 days | Unconditional right to cancel after delivery or first access. |
| Everywhere else, including Mexico | 14 days | Discretionary refund window applied by Paddle, reviewed case by case. |
2. Try it before you pay
The refund window is not how you evaluate IEbridge. For that there is the 30-day free trial: every feature enabled, no payment card and no account required. Install it and confirm that your legacy applications, ActiveX controls and intranet portals work on your own computers before you spend anything.
3. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with the order number shown on your Paddle receipt.
- Or contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, from the receipt email or at paddle.net.
We acknowledge refund requests within one business day. Once approved, Paddle returns the money to the original payment method, normally within 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Any tax charged is refunded with it.
4. What happens to your licence
When a refund is issued, the licence key is deactivated and its devices are released. If you bought several device seats and want a refund for only some of them, tell us how many: we refund the proportional part and reduce your licence accordingly.
5. Refund and cancellation are not the same
Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps IEbridge working until the end of the period you already paid for. You can cancel yourself at any time from ibridgex.net/mi-licencia, with no fee.
A refund returns the money and ends the licence immediately.
To avoid a renewal you do not want, cancel before the renewal date. If a renewal has already been charged, ask for a refund within the window above.
6. Outside the window
Once the window has passed we do not refund the remaining part of an annual subscription as a matter of course, but write to us anyway: if IEbridge stopped working because of a defect on our side, or a charge was clearly a mistake, we sort it out. We also refund the unused part of the period if we terminate your licence without cause.
7. Exceptions
- Licences suspended for breach of the Terms and Conditions, such as tampering with the licence check or reselling keys, are not refunded.
- Corporate and volume licences bought under a separate written agreement follow that agreement.
8. Your statutory rights
This policy adds to, and does not replace, the rights the law gives you. IBRIDGEX operates from Mexico, and consumers everywhere keep the protections of their own country. Since our order process is run by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy also apply to your purchase.
